Each order placed through Pixonaut. Getting a print's files out of Pixonaut without an order counts as one too, the first time only: getting them again is free, and making print files is always free.
Orders past the 25th in a month wait. They go through on their own when the month resets, or as soon as you upgrade. Nothing is lost. Print files can be got without an order again from then too.
Orders past those a paid plan includes in a month, 100 on Starter, 250 on Pro and 1,000 on Business, are paid from orders you buy upfront, in packs that never expire. The bigger the pack, the less an order costs:
