# Everything Pixonaut does.

Pixonaut is web-to-print software: product templates your customers personalise on your own site, turned into print files and orders for your printshop. This is every feature it has, grouped, with the plans that have it where that varies. Print quality and the designer are on every plan.

40 features, in 7 groups.

## Print-ready files

The same on every plan: what your printshop receives is ready for the press.

### CMYK print files with ICC profiles

Every print is a CMYK PDF, converted with a FOGRA39 or GRACoL profile, or with the ICC profile your printshop’s machine prints with, which you upload.

[More about print files](https://pixonaut.app/features/print-files)

### Spot inks

Named inks print on their own separation plate as spot colours, with a CMYK fallback where a printshop takes no plates. You enter the inks you use; there is no bundled Pantone library.

[More about spot inks and cut contours](https://pixonaut.app/features/spot-inks-and-cut-contours)

### Cut contours

A shaped product’s cut path is in the file as a CutContour spot line, or under the name your cutter reads, and the print and the cut are also handed out as files of their own.

### The preview is the print

One renderer draws the customer’s preview in the browser and the print file on the server: the same fonts, text shaping and layout at both ends.

### PDFs for printshops

Print-ready PDFs with 3 mm bleed, crop and registration marks, set per machine in a machine profile, or asked for once with one-off settings.

[More about print files](https://pixonaut.app/features/print-files)

### Layered PDFs with editable text

Choose a print PDF with each printed layer named, to switch on or off, and with plain text left live to select, search and correct. Files are flat unless you choose this; text with a gradient, outline, shadow or curve, and some other text, stays as shapes.

### White underbase and varnish

For UV printers: a white underbase made from the artwork’s shape, varnish over the whole print, or spot varnish where a layer says so.

## Templates and the designer

Templates you author once, and a designer your customers fill in.

### The builder

Author a product’s template in the studio: text, pictures and shapes, what a customer may change, and the limits they change it within. Each publish is a version that never changes.

### The designer

Your customers personalise the template on your site or on a page Pixonaut hosts, with a live preview of the product.

[More about the designer and the SDK](https://pixonaut.app/features/designer-and-sdk)

### Fonts

More than 1,000 font families from Google Fonts, each a click to turn on, and font families of your own, uploaded from TTF, OTF or WOFF files.

[More about fonts](https://pixonaut.app/features/fonts)

### Palettes

Named lists of colours and inks, kept once, that a customer picks from by name wherever a template offers them.

### Shapes and die cuts

Shapes for layers and cut shapes for the product itself, from your own shape library.

### Dynamic values

Text such as Class of {date.year} is written out when the template is drawn, so a design that changes only by its date is published once.

### Asset library

Your pictures in categories and tags, with upscaling for a picture that has to print larger than it was taken.

## Selling

Put the designer where your customers are, and show them the product they are buying.

### The SDK, with a headless mode

One script tag puts the designer on any page. Headless, it draws the product and leaves the form to you.

Plans: Your connected store’s site: every plan · other sites: Pro and Business · an add-on on Free and Starter.

[More about the designer and the SDK](https://pixonaut.app/features/designer-and-sdk)

### WooCommerce plugin

The designer on your WooCommerce product pages, with classic and block themes, cart editing, and paid orders handed on to your printshop.

[More about the WooCommerce plugin](https://pixonaut.app/features/woocommerce)

### Hosted pages and share links

Pages Pixonaut hosts for you, in your logo and colour: a designer, a proof to approve, address capture, an order’s status and a page for the printshop.

### Custom domains

Your hosted pages on your own subdomain, such as design.yourshop.com.

Plans: Pro: 5, more can be bought · Business: unlimited.

### Mockups

A design shown on the product’s own photo: bent round a mug, following a shirt’s folds and shading, so it reads as printed rather than pasted on.

[More about mockups](https://pixonaut.app/features/mockups)

### Languages

The designer and hosted pages in nine languages, and templates with their own text and layout per language.

[More about languages](https://pixonaut.app/features/languages)

### “Powered by Pixonaut” removed

Take the badge off the designer and hosted pages.

Plans: Pro and Business.

## Approvals and orders

From a customer’s design to an order your printshop can make, with a person or a rule deciding each step.

### Proofs and approvals

Approve or reject each design, ask the customer for changes, or approve automatically after a review time.

### Customizable watermarks

Mark your proofs with your brand name or text of your own, repeated across the image, at the size, opacity and density you choose. Only proofs carry it: a print file never does.

### Corrections

A short-lived link lets a customer correct their design, from the cart or after you asked for changes.

### Printshop integrations

A ready integration with Printful for print on demand: import its products as blanks and send it orders with their print files.

[More about printshop integrations](https://pixonaut.app/printshop-integrations)

### Any printshop, your way

Describe how your own printshop takes orders, by email, an HTTP request, or an SFTP or FTP upload, and it marks each order printed or shipped on a page of its own.

### Rerouting

Send an order its printshop cannot make to another blank at another printshop.

### Saved addresses

Ship every order to your warehouse or office rather than to the customer.

## Automation and developers

Let rules and your own code do the routine work.

### Automations

When a design is committed, a print is made or an order moves, and your conditions hold: approve, print, order, notify, email or call a webhook.

Plans: Pro and Business.

[More about automations](https://pixonaut.app/features/automations)

### API and webhooks

Templates, blanks, designs, prints and orders over a versioned REST API, with signed webhooks for the events you choose.

Plans: Pro and Business · an add-on on Free and Starter.

[More about the API and MCP](https://pixonaut.app/features/api-and-mcp)

### MCP

Run your workspace from your own AI assistant: templates, blanks, designs, prints and orders.

Plans: Pro and Business · an add-on on Free and Starter.

[More about the API and MCP](https://pixonaut.app/features/api-and-mcp)

### Sandbox

A paired copy of your workspace for trying things out, whose orders never reach a printshop.

### Blanks from a CSV file

Import your blanks, their variants and their print areas from a spreadsheet.

## AI

An assistant in the studio, paid for in credits each plan includes.

### Pixel, the design assistant

Ask for pictures, templates and changes in your own words. Pixel makes and changes things directly, and asks before anything that cannot be undone, such as deleting or ordering.

[More about Pixel](https://pixonaut.app/features/pixel)

### Template drafts from a brief

Describe a niche and a mood, and get a run of template drafts to start from.

### Upscaling

Make a larger copy of a picture so it prints sharp, up to four times its size.

## Team and administration

Who may do what, and a record of what they did.

### Members

Invite the people you work with.

Plans: Free: one member · paid plans: any number.

### Roles and custom roles

Admin, editor and viewer, or roles of your own with just the permissions they need.

### Audit log

Who changed your workspace’s access and settings, and who approved, ordered or corrected what, and when.

### Notifications

Failed prints and orders, customers asking for changes and low balances, in the studio and by email.

Plans: Text messages on paid plans, to Swedish (+46) numbers for now.
